Falling in love with a zombie or otherwise having affectionate feelings for zombies must be decided thusly:
Ask, “Do you love him/her enough to be with him/her outside the refuge?”
If the answer is yes, put the person in exile. The person will likely turn into a zombie also. Some people are sentimental romantics and they find turning into the undead better than living a life without true love. Sometimes, the person will die.
This must be done so as not to incur protests which call for equality, saying “Marriage is a right, not a living privilege!” and “Support love, even between the living and the undone!” It is encouraged to have gay marriage, inter-racial marriage and all other forms of unions within the refuge. This will increase morale and a sense of unity and society.
During an infestation, however, a human-zombie love affair is simply unacceptable.
